We not only look at employment history, their achievements and their experience. We interview each candidate individually and as a group to ensure that we get to know them. We then get each candidate to specifically note their achievements at a former work place - and what contribution they would bring to your organization (we can capture this in Video and send you up to 5 video CVs)

For Top Positions:

London Top Recruitment request from each candidate a business proposal of between 250-500 words on how they would add value to your organization. Ensuring they commit to researching more about your organization.

Training and Development:

London Top Training (a branch of London Top) has up to 30 business experts including consultants in the I.T, Business, Logistics, Trade and Lecturers in TOP UK Universities and Training Organizations. Their role is to design training materials for our candidates and employers, ensuring each specific candidate and employee receives the dedicated training they need. Employers can send us a research topic, or we can develop one of our own that is specific to your industry. We Research about your organization, your competitors products and services

Candidate's Assessment

Candidates will be expected to fill questionnaires which will help us determine whether they would fit your organization e.g. if it is a Personal Assistant position to the Managing Director, it goes without say that the person MUST be organized, these questions which have been designed by Top recruiters in the industry will help ascertain that.

Video CV

One of the most annoying experience recruiters go through are unqualified candidates applying for positions. Iit is easier to waste up to 30 minutes per candidate. If you were to interview 50 candidates that would be 1500 minutes. Do you have the time? video CV has been introduced to let employers watch their prospective candidates being interviewed by an expert recruiter.

They can then watch the outcome at their own convenience. Did you know it takes more than one interview to know a person?  with London Top's Video CV, you can re-play the interview experience over and over and if you like the candidate after fifth watch and you still have some question, you can then call them in with those specific questions. Job Analysis

London Top Recruitment usually starts by documenting the actual requirement of a job. This will be captured in job description. London Top endeavors to make this description succinct  in order to attract the right people for the advertised position. If a job description is vague or based on historical trend, London Top Recruitment studies the job market in order to better understand the current trends and with the help from the client, incorporate that into the description

In addition to large database of TOP CVs which provide a central location and database for London Top Recruitment's efforts, we have developed a warm relationship with TOP universities such as Cambridge where we advertise for positions in order to pull TOP candidates. Most of our candidates have achieved great heights of excellence both in education and employment. Our adverts run in TOP newspapers, high traffic Internet websites, professional publications and campus graduate recruitment programs.

Screening and Selection

We asses skills in communication, typing and general computer skills. In some cases, depending on employers’ request we carry out in-house software skills stests,psychological tests or employment testing.

Terms and Conditions for Free* Courses
  •  For candidates on a permanent position and earning between 80- 120 – we will provide up to 20 hours worth of  training
  •  For candidates on a permanent position and earning between 40- 80 – we will provide up to 10 hours worth of  training
  •  For candidates on a permanent position and earning between 23-40 we will provide up to 5 hours worth of training
  •  For candidates on a temporary position, we will provide 2 hours worth of  free training
