1)    Online Registration
First the CANDIDATE SUBMITS THEIR CVS online to LondonTopJobs.com

2)    Contact
London Top Recruitment contact the candidate as soon as possible  and ask them to come in for registration

3)    ELIGIBILITY CHECK
London Top Recruitment carries out an ELIGIBILITY CHECK; to find out if candidates are eligible to work in the UK.

Candidates are ASKED to bring the following;

  • Photo I. D (Passport/Driving License)
  • Eligibility to work in UK e.g. I.D, Passport
  • N.I Number e.g. P45, P60
  • Proof of address


4)    REFERENCE CHECK (Mandatory)
Candidates have to provide a minimun of 2 referees and MUST submit telephone, fax or email correspondence as well. We do not accept referees from friends, family or relatives, acceptable referees include;

  • Former employers
  • Project Supervisor at the University where the candidate were undertaking their thesis, MBA, postgraduate or undergraduate studies
  • Someone who can comment on their  educational background e.g. lecturers

5)    CRB CHECK (Optional)
In situations where candidates are expected to work with minors, disabled or vulnerable people, they will be required to apply for a CRB check which can take up to 3 weeks to clear.

6)   PRE-LIMINARY INTERVIEW TEST

  • The candidates will be asked to conduct an online assessment
  • Typing -  if required by employer we will attach the typing speed
  • Basic literacy and numeracy test; It is a known fact some graduates do not know grammar
  • VIDEO CV (If employers choose this option)


7)   EMPLOYER’S INTERVIEW
Upon successful completion of step 6, Candidates are put forward for positions


8)   FEEDBACK & QUESTIONAIRE
In order to help us keep and improve our services, we will request for; 

  • FEEDBACK FROM EMPLOYER
  • FEEDBACK FROM EMPLOYEES
